Onkyo DX-5500/6570/7500 pickup replacement guide

I discovered recently that it's possible to replace a failed pickup in the above models (and possibly others that use the DLBA2Z001A) with a KSS-152A. You can watch my video about this here, but I've also made this rewiring guide because there wasn't time to go over that in the video.
